Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with the service we provide but in the event that you are not satisfied and wish to claim a refund of the fees paid then we will consider all reasonable requests. There are however some rules we follow regarding providing refunds:

• Sleep packages will be fully refunded without question if cancelled up to 48 hours before the first consultation.
• Following completion of an initial online questionnaire, your consultant may decide the service is not appropriate for your needs and will discuss alternative options or provide a full refund of the package.
• Our sleep services requires you to follow the advice given for the period of the consultation. If you choose not to adopt the advice we withhold the right to refuse a refund.
